Basketball Court

Resurfaced in 2023 with a cushioned acrylic top, the full-size court sits at the south end of the community beside the trailhead. Two breakaway rims, LED lighting on timers, a water fountain, and shaded benches make it the neighborhood's evening gathering spot from spring through fall.

Hours & rotation

• Open daily, dawn to dusk; LED lighting runs until 9:00 PM
• Evenings run first-come, first-served in 45-minute rotations when players wait
• Full-court games yield to half-court rotations when more than ten players are present
• Organized leagues and training sessions need a Board-approved permit

Court rules

Proper athletic shoes only — no cleats, skates, or bikes on the surface. No food, glass, or amplified music; trash goes in the courtside bins. Players under 12 need an adult present after sunset. Report cracked surfacing, dead lights, or damaged rims to the management office.
