Board Meeting Minutes — January 2026

Open session convened Tuesday, January 13, 2026, at 6:32 PM in the clubhouse with all three directors present. Eleven owners attended. Minutes were approved as the official record at the February 10 meeting by a 3–0 vote.

Treasurer's snapshot
