The Board's first open session of the year covers the 2026 year-end financials, winter maintenance priorities, and the vote on the pool deck contract. Owners are welcome for the full session, including the open forum at the end.

• Call to order and approval of December minutes
• Treasurer's report: 2026 close, delinquency update, reserve balances
• Vote: pool deck resurfacing contract ($38,400)
• Vote: solar trail lighting along the park path
• Manager's report: gate repairs, work-order performance, winter pruning
• Owner forum — three minutes per owner

Agendas post on the clubhouse notice board and in Documents seven days before each meeting. If you want an item added, email the secretary by the Wednesday prior. Minutes are approved at the following meeting and published within thirty days.
