Annual Homeowners Meeting — Save the Date
Every owner is invited to the Annual Meeting of Members on Thursday, June 24, 2027, at 6:30 PM in the clubhouse. This is the one meeting each year where the full membership votes: two board seats are up for election, the 2027 budget outlook is presented, and any owner may raise business from the floor.
Doors open at 6:00 PM for check-in. Bring a photo ID; owners in good standing receive one ballot per lot. If you cannot attend, please sign and return a proxy so the meeting reaches quorum — last year we missed it by four ballots and had to reconvene.

- President's report: 2026 in review and priorities for the coming year
- Treasurer's report and the 2027 assessment outlook
- Election of two directors to three-year terms
- Reserve study update: roofs, paving, and the pool deck project
- Open forum — three minutes per owner, all topics welcome
Proxies and nominations
Proxy forms mail on June 3 with the meeting packet and are due back by noon on June 24. To run for the Board, file a one-page candidate statement with the secretary by June 10 — statements are printed verbatim in the packet and posted on the notice board.
