Community Park

Six acres of lawn, heritage oaks, and garden beds form the green heart of Tidewater Gardens. The park holds a shaded picnic grove with four tables and grills, a tot lot refreshed in 2024, a half-mile loop trail with solar lighting, and open lawn striped for soccer and frisbee.

Everyday use

• Open daily, dawn to dusk; the loop trail stays open until 9:00 PM
• Picnics, lawn games, and leashed dogs welcome throughout
• Grills are first-come, first-served — coals out cold, ashes in the bins
• Groups over 25 reserve the grove through the management office, free of charge

Permits & quiet hours

Amplified sound, bounce houses, and catered events need a free weekend permit requested one week ahead. Quiet hours run 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM; the Association's seasonal parties are the only amplified exceptions. Commercial photography sessions donate $25 to the landscape fund.
