New Mowing & Trimming Schedule

Starting Monday, March 30, landscaping crews shift to early-morning routes beginning at 7:30 AM, following owner feedback about midday mower noise during remote-work and school hours. All noisy equipment winds down by 11:00 AM each day.

The neighborhood is divided into three zones that rotate through the week, so every street gets the same attention on a predictable day. Edging follows mowing by one day; hedge trimming and bed weeding rotate by zone across the month.

Weekly route map

• Monday & Thursday — North loop, clubhouse grounds, and the community park
• Tuesday & Friday — South loop, basketball court surrounds, and trail entrances
• Wednesday — Edging catch-up, bed weeding, and seasonal color rotations

How to help crews help you

Move bins off the curb by 7:00 AM on your zone days, keep cars clear of turf edges where possible, and report missed strips or scalped patches to the office within 48 hours so the vendor can return on its Friday make-up route at no extra charge.
