James Calloway

James has served on the Board since 2021 and as president since 2023. A Tidewater Gardens homeowner for eleven years, he works in commercial property management and brings that experience to vendor contracts, reserve planning, and the annual budget process.

As president, James presides over board meetings, signs Association contracts, and serves as the primary liaison to Tidewater Property Management. He also chairs the budget committee each fall and led the 2023 reserve study that now guides the paving and roofing schedule.

Responsibilities

• Presides over monthly board meetings and the annual meeting of members
• Co-signs contracts, reserve transfers, and assessment resolutions
• Liaison to the management company on operations and vendors
• Chairs the fall budget committee and the reserve study updates
