Priya Nair

Priya joined the Board in 2022 and serves as secretary, keeping the Association's official records anything but boring. A former paralegal, she makes sure every motion, vote, and notice meets the bylaws — and that owners can actually find the documents afterward.

She certifies meeting minutes, maintains the owner roster with the management office, and oversees meeting notices and proxy packets for the annual election. Priya also runs the welcome program, hand-delivering community guides to every new household.
