Tom Beckett

Tom has lived in Tidewater Gardens since 2015 and joined the Board in 2024 to represent owners without a portfolio title — just a vote, a voice, and a long memory of what has been tried before. A retired civil engineer, he is the Board's technical eye on paving, drainage, and amenity projects.

He chairs the Architectural Review Committee, walks every violation appeal property in person, and coordinates the volunteer crews behind the spring cleanup and fall planting days. If you have met a Board member with a clipboard at 8:00 AM on a Saturday, it was Tom.

Responsibilities

• Chairs the Architectural Review Committee and monthly design reviews
• Full voting member on contracts, budgets, and policy decisions
• Technical review of paving, drainage, and amenity capital projects
• Coordinates volunteer workdays and the community event crew
